Ja, ik rijdt nog steeds met 26" banden. Ik ben van heel brede banden naar de beduidend smallere dart (& smoke) overgegaan. De wendbaarheid is enorm verbeterd en het voelt als een geheel andere fiets. Het smallere loopvlak en aggressievere profiel zorgen voor meer insporing en rolweerstand maar de bochtensnelheid is veel hoger wat het rijden als geheel veel uitdagender maakt. Opmerkelijk is wel dat de grip op gladde boomwortels veel minder is waardoor ik al stevig onderuit ben gegaan in een afdaling. Samenvattend ben ik heel blij met deze klassiekers onder de MTB-banden.
